儿科常用中药注射剂储存使用方法改进对不良反应率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的为了减少中药注射剂静滴的不良反应。方法通过对中药注射剂储存方法的改善,收集2020年1月-2020年12月414例住院患儿接受中药注射剂静脉滴注后出现不良反应的分析。结果207例未使用该储存方法的患儿的不良反应发生率为6.8%,207例使用该储存方法的患儿的不良反应发生率为2.4%,两组患儿不良反应发生例数经卡方比较,χ^(2)=4.468,P=0.035,结果显示:使用该储存方法后的不良反应率低于使用该储存方法前的不良反应率。结论安全有效的中药注射剂的管理,是降低药品不良反应的有效手段呢。Objective To reduce the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods Through improving the storage method of TCM injection,414 hospitalized children with adverse reactions after intravenous infusion of TCM injection in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in 207 children who did not use this storage method was 6.8%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in 207 children who used this storage method was 2.4%.Chi-square comparison of the number of cases of adverse reactions between the two groups showed χ^(2)=4.468,P=0.035.The adverse reaction rate after the use of this storage method was lower than that before the use of this storage method.Conclusions Safe and effective management of TCM injections is an effective means to reduce adverse drug reactions.
