基　　金：2021年度浙江省自然基金探索项目“二氧化钛的原子结构和空间构型调控BMSC成骨向分化的机制”(LQ21H140002)。

摘　　要：根据浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科的住培情况,对目前住培教学模式归纳整理,改进口腔颌面外科住院医师规范化培训教学模式。通过构建慕课模块化教学,对每周出院病例进行总结汇报,同时配合LBL、PBL、CBL和TSDF四轨教学相结合的模式,将住培重点从一个维度的线下临床疾病教学模式拓展至线上与线下教学、基础理论与临床实践、临床与人文心理相结合的多个维度的“生物—心理—社会”教学模式,以期提高住培医师诊疗水平、临床决策力、岗位胜任力。According to the present standardization training of residents in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Stomatology Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine,we have searched and collected several tutorial methods.Through the construction of modular teaching of MOIKE,we have summarized and reported the weekly discharged cases,and cooperated with the four track teaching modes of LBL,PBL,CBL and TSDF to expand the focus of living and training from an offline clinical disease teaching mode to a multidimensional “biological-psychological-social” teaching mode combining online and offline teaching,basic theory and clinical practice,and clinical and humanistic psychology.It is expected to improve the diagnosis and treatment level,clinical decision-making ability and post competency of resident physicians.
