摘 要:综述了近年来有关热塑性酚醛树脂改性研究最新进展,包括热固性树脂改性、硅材料改性、热塑性聚合物改性及纳米材料改性等方法,概述了改性机理、改性条件和改性技术,分析了不同改性方法对热塑性酚醛树脂的玻璃化转变温度、热分解行为、力学性能、残炭率等相关性能的影响。并对各种改性方法的特点和存在的问题进行系统地比较,展望了改性热塑性酚醛树脂的发展前景。The latest research progress in the modification of novolac phenolic was reviewed.The modification methods including thermosetting resin modification, silicon material modification, thermoplastic polymer and nanomaterial modification were reported.The mechanism, condition and technology of these modification methods were summarized.The influence of these methods on the glass transition temperature, thermal decomposition behaviors, mechanical properties, and ablative resistance behaviors of novolac phenolic were analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared with each other systematically.The development of the modified thermoplastic phenolic resin was prospected.
