摘 要:分别采用碳酸钙和滑石粉与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)制备出改性ABS材料,研究了填料种类、填料含量和填料粒径对ABS材料打印件翘曲率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,滑石粉或碳酸钙的加入,均可降低打印件的翘曲率,碳酸钙填充ABS的综合性能优于滑石粉填充ABS;随着碳酸钙含量的增加,打印件的翘曲率不断减小,力学性能也在不断降低,而且碳酸钙含量越高,材料力学性能的各向异性越明显;随着碳酸钙粒径的减小,打印件的翘曲率逐渐减小,其力学性能逐渐增大,而且平行打印方向和垂直打印方向的拉伸强度非常接近。因此,通过向ABS材料中添加较小粒径的碳酸钙不仅可以降低打印件的翘曲率,使得打印过程能够顺利进行,还可使打印件的力学性能在一定程度上得到保证。In this paper, calcium carbonate, talc powder and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer(ABS)were used to prepare modified ABS materials.And the effects of filler types, filler contents and filler particle size on the warpage and mechanical properties of ABS printed parts were studied.The results show that the addition of talc or calcium carbonate could reduce the warpage of ABS printed parts.In contrast, the overall performance of calcium carbonate filled ABS is better than that of talc filled ABS.With the increase of calcium carbonate content, the warpage and the mechanical properties of ABS material printed parts continue to decrease.The higher the calcium carbonate content, the more obvious the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the material could be obtained.With the decrease of calcium carbonate particle size, the warpage of ABS material printed parts gradually decreases, and its mechanical properties gradually increase.Moreover, the tensile strength of the parallel printing direction and the vertical printing direction are very close.Therefore, the warpage of the printed part can be reduced by adding calcium carbonate with a smaller particle size to the ABS material.And the printing process can be smoothly performed.At the same time, the mechanical properties of the printed parts can also be guaranteed to a certain extent.
