摘 要:采用熔融接枝法制备了增容剂聚丙烯接枝聚乙烯基硅烷(PP-g-PVS),研究了不同用量的PP-g-PVS和硅橡胶(MQ)对共混物PP/PP-g-PVS/MQ介电性能的影响,同时采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料形貌结构进行分析。结果表明,接枝率为2.68%的PP-g-PVS介电性能最优,当频率为107Hz时,随着增容剂用量的增加,复合材料的介电常数(εr)和介电损耗角正切(tanδ)呈现出先上升后降低再上升的趋势;而随着MQ用量的增加,复合材料的εr逐渐增大,而tanδ也同样呈现出先上升后降低再上升的趋势;SEM分析认为,加入增容剂后橡胶粒子粒径更小,分散性更好;当PP-g-PVS和MQ用量分别为6%,4%时,PP/PP-g-PVS/MQ复合材料的性能最优,当频率逐渐升高达到107Hz后,复合材料较于纯PP的εr接近,tanδ降低了0.55%,该材料为5G高频传输材料和塑料制品研制打下坚实的基础。In this paper, polypropylene grafted with polyvinyl silane(PP-g-PVS)were prepared by melt grafting method, the effects of different amounts of PP-g-PVS and silicone rubber(MQ)on the dielectric properties of PP/PP-g-PVS/MQ were studied, meanwhile, the morphology and structure of the materials were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the PP-g-PVS with a grafting ratio of 2.68%has the best dielectric properties.When the frequency is 10~7 Hz, with the increase of the amount of compatibilizer, the dielectric constant(εr)and dielectric loss(tanδ)of the composites first increase, then decrease and finally increase.With the increase of the amount of MQ,the εrof the composite material gradually increases, and the tanδ also shows a trend of first increasing, then decreasing and finally increasing.SEM analysis shows that the particle size of rubber particles is smaller and the dispersion is better after adding compatibilizer.When the contents of PP-g-PVS and MQ are 6%and 4%,respectively, the performance of the PP/PP-g-PVS/MQ composite is the best.When the frequency gradually increases to 10~7 Hz, the εrof the composite is close to the εrof pure PP,the tanδ reduces 0.55%.This material has laid a solid foundation for the development of 5G high-frequency transmission materials and plastic products.
