摘  要:以聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)为基体,聚四氟乙烯微粉(PTFE)为异相成核剂,经熔融共混挤出造粒后用二氧化碳(CO_(2))釜压发泡的方法,制备了具有均匀泡孔结构的ABS/PTFE发泡珠粒,研究了PTFE在ABS基体中的分布状态,发泡工艺对ABS/PTFE发泡珠粒泡孔形貌、膨胀倍率、堆积密度以及泡孔密度的影响,发现PTFE在ABS基体内呈现直径约为270 nm的纤维状分布,在发泡温度为145~157℃,CO_(2)饱和压力为2.90~4.10 MPa的条件下,制得泡孔直径为35~100μm,发泡倍率为5~20倍,泡孔密度为2×10^(7)~4×10^(8)个/cm^(3)的ABS/PTFE发泡珠粒。并探究了成型蒸汽压力对泡沫板材力学性能的影响,当蒸汽压力为0.08 MPa时,泡沫板材的拉伸强度达到0.4 MPa,完全满足在汽车上使用要求。Taking polyacrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)as matrix, polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder(PTFE)as heterogeneous nucleating agent, and foaming with carbon dioxide(CO_(2))after melt blending, extrusion and granulation, ABS/PTFE foamed beads with uniform cell structure were prepared.The distribution state of PTFE in ABS matrix and the effect of foaming process on cell morphology, expansion ratio, bulk density and the influence of the cell density were studied.It is found that PTFE shows a fibrous distribution with a diameter of about 270 nm in the ABS matrix.Under the conditions of 145~157 ℃ foaming temperature and 2.90~4.10 MPa CO2saturation pressure, the prepared cell diameter is 35~100 μm, foaming ratio is 5~20,and cell density is 2×10^(-7)~4×10^(8)cells/cm^(3).The influence of the molding steam pressure on the mechanical properties of the foam board is explored.When the steam pressure is 0.08 MPa, the tensile strength of the foam board reaches 0.4 MPa, which fully achieves the requirements for use in automobiles.
