摘 要:传统酚醛发泡材料的低强度、易掉粉等缺点无法满足轨道交通车辆风道与地板的使用要求。通过在酚醛树脂中引入热塑性微球发泡剂与短切纤维,研究了发泡剂种类、含量和发泡温度对材料影响,并测试了不同微球发泡酚醛预浸料成型的风道和地板的力学性能。结果表明,微球发泡剂粒径超过30μm或低于20μm,发泡倍率小,二次发泡少,可考虑地板产品的使用;平均粒子直径20~30μm,在酚醛树脂体系下,最佳发泡温度135~145℃的发泡剂,发泡倍率大,稳泡性能好,适合地板和风道产品的生产,质量分数为8%~10%时,综合发泡性能和力学性能优异。The low strength and easy powder loss of traditional phenolic foam materials could not meet the requirements of air duct and floor of rail transit vehicles.By introducing thermoplastic microsphere foaming agent and short-cut fiber into phenolic resin, the effects of foaming agent type, content and foaming temperature on phenolic resin were studied, and the mechanical properties of air duct and floor formed by different microsphere foaming phenolic resin prepreg were tested.The results show that the particle diameter of the microsphere foaming agent is more than 30 μm or less than 20 μm, the foaming ratio is small, and the secondary foaming is less, and the use of floor products can be considered.The average particle diameter is 20~30 μm.Under the phenolic resin system, the optimal foaming temperature is 135~145 ℃.The foaming agent has a large foaming ratio and good foam stabilization performance, which is suitable for the production of floor and air duct products.When the mass fraction is 8%~10%,the comprehensive foaming and mechanical properties are excellent.
