摘 要:分别以纳米碳酸钙、纳米蒙脱土和纳米滑石粉作为成核剂,采用微孔发泡注射成型工艺制备了聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)发泡复合材料,研究了成核剂的种类和含量对PP/OBC发泡复合材料的发泡行为和冲击韧性的影响。使用毛细管流变仪、扫描电子显微镜和冲击试验机分别对PP/OBC发泡复合材料的流变性能、微观泡孔结构和冲击强度进行表征。结果表明,三种成核剂都能改善PP/OBC发泡复合材料的发泡行为。当成核剂的质量分数为6%时,PP/OBC/碳酸钙、PP/OBC/蒙脱土和PP/OBC/滑石粉发泡复合材料的泡孔密度分别提升了556.8%,518.2%,497.7%。综合考虑冲击韧性和减重效果,当成核剂质量分数为8%时,PP/OBC/蒙脱土发泡复合材料具有最优综合性能,此时其冲击强度高达82.8 kJ/m^(2),密度仅为0.771 g/cm^(3)。The polypropylene(PP)/olefin block copolymer(OBC)foamed composites respectively reinforced by the nano-CaCO3,nano-montmorillonite or nano-talc particles were prepared by microcellular foaming injection molding process.The effects of the types and contents of nucleating agents on the foaming behavior and impact toughness of PP/OBC foamed composites were studied.The rheological properties, microporous structure and impact strength of PP/OBC foam composites were characterized by capillary rheometer, scanning electron microscope and impact testing machine, respectively.The results show that all of the three nucleating agents can improve the foaming behavior of PP/OBC foamed composites.When the mass fraction of nucleating agents is 6%,the cell density of PP/OBC/CaCO_(3),PP/OBC/montmorillonite and PP/OBC/talc foamed composites increases by 556.8%、518.2%、497.7%,respectively.Considering the impact toughness and weight reduction, the PP/OBC/montmorillonite foamed composite has the optimal comprehensive performance when the mass fraction of the montmorillonite is 8%,while its impact strength and density are 82.8 kJ/m2and 0.771 g/cm^(3),respectively.
