摘　　要：聚醚醚酮(PEEK)作为可植入聚合物在临床硬组织修复领域有着广泛应用,但PEEK本身是生物惰性的,其力学强度也无法达到人体密质骨的基本要求。利用单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)与PEEK粉末之间的π-π电子吸附作用,采用共沉淀-吸附法制备了SWCNT/PEEK复合材料,对该复合材料的力学性能、微观结构与成骨细胞相容性进行相应的表征与评价。力学测试结果显示,SWCNT/PEEK复合材料的力学强度与模量都得到了较大提高。此外,作为一种潜在的骨修复与牙种植体材料,该复合材料在生物相容性评价测试中也显示出良好的成骨细胞相容性与一定的骨诱导性。As an implantable polymer, polyether(etherketone)(PEEK)had been widely used in the field of clinical hard tissue repair.However, PEEK was bioinert and the mechanical strength of PEEK could not meet the basic requirements of compact bone of human.In this study, SWCNT/PEEK composites were prepared utilizing the π-π electron adsorption between single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNT)and PEEK powders via a co-precipitation adsorption method.The mechanical properties, microstructure and osteoblasts compatibility of the composites were characterized and evaluated.Mechanical test results show that the mechanical strength and bending modulus of SWCNT/PEEK composites are improved accordingly.In addition, as a potential bone repair and dental implant material, this composite also reveals a good osteoblasts compatibility and bone inductivity in biocompatibility test.
