摘　　要：全纳、公平、优质、终身学习是高等教育可持续发展的核心理念。高等教育可持续发展,包含作为可持续发展的高等教育、关于可持续发展的高等教育、为了可持续发展的高等教育三层含义。我国政府坚持教育优先发展战略,积极采取多种举措,推动高等教育可持续发展,取得了巨大成就。面向未来,推动高等教育可持续发展,需要打造高等教育中国范式,加快高等教育高质量发展,深入推进高等教育数字化战略行动,开创对外交流合作新格局,从而为构建人类命运共同体作出新的更大贡献。Inclusive,fairness,high-quality and lifelong learning are the core concepts of the sustainable development of higher education,which includes the following three meanings:higher education as sustainable development,higher education on sustainable development as well as higher education for sustainable development.Our government has made great achievements in adhering to the strategy of giving priority to the development of education and actively taking various measures to promote the sustainable development of higher education.Looking to the future,in order to promote the sustainable development of higher education,it is necessary to build a Chinese model of higher education,accelerate the high-quality development of higher education,deeply promote the digital strategic action of higher education,and create a new pattern of foreign exchange and cooperation,so as to make new and greater contributions to the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
