摘  要:目的探讨基于虚拟仿真的安全注射培训对医务人员针刺伤发生率的影响。方法按照院区将全院医务人员分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规安全注射培训,研究组实施基于虚拟仿真的安全注射培训,培训12个月后,比较两组医务人员针刺伤发生情况及教学满意度情况。结果对照组医务人员针刺伤发生91例,发生率为2.36%,研究组医务人员针刺伤发生56例,发生率为1.45%,研究组针刺伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发生针刺伤医务人员破损处皮肤、暴露源不明的针刺伤发生率均低于对照组,针刺伤暴露级别情况也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于虚拟仿真的安全注射培训可提高医务人员职业防护意识,有效降低了医务人员针刺伤的发生率,避免了医务人员职业暴露的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of safe injection based on virtual simulation on the incidence of needlestick injuries in medical staff.METHODS The medical staff in the hospital were divided into the observation group and control group according to their work area in the hospital.The control group received conventional training of safe injection practices,and the observation group received virtual simulation-based safe injection training.After 12 months of training,the incidence of needle injury and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There were 91 cases of needlestick injuries in the control group,with the incidence of 2.36%.And 56 cases of needlestick injuries occurred in the study group,with the incidence of 1.45%,the incidence of needle injuries of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of exposure to skin damage and needle injury with unknown exposure source in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the exposure level of needle injury was also better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Safe injection training based on virtual simulation can significantly improve the occupational protection awareness,effectively reduce the incidence of needle injury,avoiding occupational exposure of medical staff.
