摘　　要：流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的严重危害人类健康的一种急性呼吸道传染病,目前仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。流感病毒经呼吸道侵袭人体后,呼吸道上皮细胞首先做出反应,产生多种细胞因子诱导机体发挥免疫应答。对流感病毒引起的机体免疫反应深入了解,将有助于了解流感病毒的致病机制及机体的免疫机制,以采取更有效的治疗措施。本文将就流感病毒感染过程中各类免疫细胞在固有免疫和特异性免疫应答等方面发挥的不同功能进行综述。Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus,which endangers human health seriously.At present,there is still a lack of effective treatment.After the influenza virus invades the human body through the respiratory tract,the respiratory epithelial cells first respond and produce a variety of cytokines to induce the immune response.An in-depth understanding of the immune response caused by influenza virus will help to understand the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus and the immune defense mechanism of the body,so as to take more effective treatment measures.This article will review the different functions of various immune cells in innate immunity and specific immune response during influenza virus infection.
