摘　　要：2022年10月16日,习近平代表第十九届中央委员会向党的第二十次全国代表大会作了报告。报告共有15个部分,分3个板块阐述了总论、党和国家各方面事业部署和党的自身建设,内容丰富,结构协调,立意高远。报告从起草到正式文本,体现了四大政制。作为党的纲领性文献,报告反映了党在政治上的高瞻远瞩和理论上的深邃思考;作为党的治国理政总方略,报告作了目标上的科学设定和工作上的战略部署;报告对执政党自身提出了更高要求。对于报告的学习,我们既要贯通历史、现实与未来,更要全面准确学习报告原文,全面把握报告的立场、观点、方法。On October 16,2022,Xi Jinping delivered a report to the 20thnational congress of the CPC on behalf of the 19th central committee.The report consists of 15 parts, which can be divided into three sections, respectively expounding on the pandect, the plans for the cause of the party and the country in all aspects, and the party’s self-building.It is rich in content, coordinated in structure, and lofty in purpose.From the draft of the report to its official text, four political systems are reflected;as a programmatic document of the party, the report reflects the party’s political foresight and theoretical deep thinking;as the party’s general strategy of governance, the report sets scientific goals and strategic plans for the work;and the report puts forward higher requirements for the ruling party itself.To study the report, we should not only associate the history, the reality and the future, but also comprehensively and accurately study the original report and fully grasp the position, viewpoints, and methods of the report.
