摘　　要：以文化人是中国共产党治国理政的客观要求,探究分析党百年历史中的以文化人经验具有重要意义。中国共产党百年历史中的以文化人经验主要有四个方面:一是始终坚持正确的政治立场,践行为民服务宗旨;二是坚持先进性与科学性相统一的根本原则;三是始终保持马克思主义基本底色,优化以文化人内容;四是始终立足思想文化建设实践,拓宽以文化人途径。To cultivate people with literacy is the objective requirement of the Communist Party of China’s governing the country, and it is of great significance to explore and analyze the experience of CPC’s cultivating people with literacy for a century-old history.We can analyze the experience of CPC’s cultivating people with literacy for 100 years in four aspects: firstly, we should always adhere to the correct political stance and practice the purpose of serving the people;secondly, we should adhere to the fundamental principle of unifying the advancement and scientific nature;thirdly, we should always maintain the basic background of Marxism, and optimize the content of cultivating people with literacy;and fourthly, we should broaden the way of cultivating people with literacy based on the development of ideology and culture.
