摘  要:提出了一种以液氮作为冷却工质的新型应急降温系统,并采用数值模拟的方法研究了该系统对数据机房热环境的影响。研究结果表明,若数据机房没有设置备用冷源,常规空调失效387 s后机柜内部温度将达到最高限值55℃,600 s时室内温度将达到最高限值40℃。而当事故工况持续360 s时开启该应急降温系统,室内温度最高为33.8℃,机柜内部温度最高为54.1℃。随后室内温度场及气流分布逐渐均匀,因此该时间点为冷却系统最优开启时间点。This study proposes a novel emergency cooling system in which the liquid nitrogen is used as the heat exchange medium.The impact of the system on the thermal environment of data rooms is analysed by numerical simulation.Results show that if no backup cold source is settled,the inner temperature of the cabin would peak at 55℃,which is the allowed upper limit,in 387 s after the cooling system failed,meanwhile,the room air temperature would reach the upper limitation of 40℃in 600 s.On the contrary,if the emergency cooling system is turned on at 360 s after the failure of the conventional air conditioning system,the maximum indoor temperature and internal temperature of cabin are 33.8℃and 54.1℃,respectively.After that,both the indoor temperature and velocity fields are gradually uniformly distributed,thus it is the optimal turn-on time of the emergency cooling system.
