摘 要:研究了芳纶浆粕、聚四氟乙烯微粉、碳纳米管等对过氧化物硫化氟橡胶(FKM)材料物理性能的影响,并测试了抗气体快速减压性能。结果表明,在硬度相近的条件下,添加芳纶浆粕的氟橡胶材料具有最高50%及100%定伸应力;添加聚四氟乙烯微粉的氟橡胶材料具有较高的拉伸强度和直角撕裂强度;添加碳纳米管的氟橡胶材料具有最高的直角撕裂强度和拉伸强度,同时还具有较高的拉断伸长率;添加芳纶浆粕、碳纳米管的氟橡胶材料的抗气体快速减压性能最好。The influences of the aramid pulp,PTFE fine powder and carbon nano tube on the mechanical properties of fluoroelastomer(FKM)vulcanizates were studied,and rapid gas decompression of the FKM vulcanizates were tested.The experimental results show that under the conditions of similar hardness,the FKM vulcanizates filled with aramid pulp have the highest stresses at 50%and 100%extension,the FKM vulcanizates filled with PTFE fine powder have relatively higher right angel tear strength and tensile strength,the FKM vulcanizates filled with carbon nano tube have the highest right angel tear strength and tensile strength,and relatively high elongation at break as well.The RGD performance of the FKM vulcanizates filled with aramid pulp was the best,followed by the FKM vulcanizates filled with carbon nano tube,and the FKM vulcanizates with carbon black and PTFE fine powder were poor.
