摘  要:研究了三种不同秋兰姆类促进剂TMTD、DDTS和环保型产品TBzTD在橡胶中的应用,分别对比了等质量和等摩尔量的三种助剂对天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶生胶的硫化特性以及对天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶共混胶的硫化特性、力学性能以及老化性能的影响。结果表明,促进剂DDTS可以作为替代促进剂TMTD的过渡产品;等摩尔量的TMTD、TBzTD和DDTS可以达到相近的交联密度;TBzTD和DDTS较TMTD具有更好的加工安全性;DDTS较TBzTD和TMTD具有更好的耐热氧老化性能。The application of three different thiuram accelerators TMTD,DDTS and environmental friendly product TBzTD in rubber was studied,and the effects of equal mass and equimolar amount of three additives on properties of NR and EPDM compound and NR/SBR blends were studied.The results showed that the accelerator DDTS could be used as a transition product to replace TMTD;the equimolar amounts of TMTD,TBzTD and DDTS could achieve similar crosslinking density;TBzTD and DDTS had better processing safety than TMTD;Compared with TBzTD and TMTD,DDTS had better thermal oxygen aging property.
