摘  要:以拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形为评价性能,应用阿累尼乌斯方程对三元乙丙橡胶进行了寿命预测。研究了热氧老化对三元乙丙橡胶物理力学性能和分子结构的影响。结果表明,该三元乙丙橡胶在高温下具有优异的拉伸性能,高温会导致其他物理力学性能劣化、交联密度增大和分子链断裂。该三元乙丙橡胶在压缩状态下的贮存寿命为9.3年。应用阿累尼乌斯方程进行寿命预测时,测试性能、临界值和试验温度的选择直接影响结果的准确性,必须根据实际使用情况综合考虑、谨慎选择。The effects of thermal oxygen ageing on the mechanical properties and molecular structure of EPDM were studied.The life of EPDM was predicted by Arrhenius equation with elongation at break and compression set as evaluation properties.The results showed that the EPDM had excellent tensile strength at high temperature,which will lead to the deterioration of other mechanical properties,the increase of crosslinking density and the fracture of molecular chain.The predicted storage life of the EPDM under compression was 9.3 years.The selection of evaluation property,critical value and temperature directly affects the accuracy of the predicted results when applying Arrhenius equation to life prediction.It must be considered comprehensively and carefully according to the practical application.
