摘 要:植物细胞胞外pH值的波动是一种古老的调控信号,参与植物生长发育及胁迫应答等多种生理代谢过程的调节。但受限于技术瓶颈,长期以来胞外pH参与的植物细胞调控详细机制尚不明确。近年来,随着胞外pH检测新技术的不断涌现,胞外pH参与植物多种信号途径调控的机制研究取得了诸多进展。本文针对参与植物胞外pH调控的膜蛋白和胞外蛋白分类及功能、胞外pH参与调控植物细胞生理活动的机制及胞外pH最新研究技术进行了综述,以期为胞外pH介导的植物细胞生长发育及胁迫应答机制的研究提供参考。The fluctuation of extracellular pH is an ancient regulatory signal involved in the regulation of various metabolic processes,such as plant growth,development,and stress response.Owing to technical limitations,however,the mechanism of extracellular pH–mediated metabolic regulation in plant cell is still poorly understood.Recently,with the advances in extracellular pH detection technology,the substantial progress has been made in uncovering the molecular mechanism of extracellular pH regulating several signaling pathways in plant.Here,we review recent progress on extracellular pH,including the classification and functions of extracellular and membrane proteins involved in extracellular pH regulation in plant,the mechanism of extracellular pH participating in regulating the physiological activity of plants,and the recent techniques for extracellular pH research.It is expected to provide reference for the study of extracellular pH–mediated regulation mechanism on plant growth,development,and stress response.
