摘 要:目的对洋金花内生真菌Bipolaris sp.的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法采用多种色谱法对洋金花内生真菌Bipolaris sp.的次级代谢物进行分离,并结合理化性质及核磁共振波谱解析等方法进行结构鉴定。采用MTT法测定化合物对肺癌细胞株A549和肝癌细胞株Hep G2的细胞毒性。结果与结论从洋金花内生真菌Bipolaris sp.的次级代谢物中分离鉴定出10个化合物,分别为helminthosporol(1)、9-hydroxyhelminthosporol(2)、helminthosporic acid(3)、helminthosporal acid(4)、cochliobolin A(5)、prehelminthosporol(6)、fusaproliferin(7)、(-)-terpestacin(8)、isocochlioquinone B(9)和isocochlioquinone C(10),其中化合物4、5、9为首次从该菌次级代谢物中分离得到。化合物2、4、5、7~9对肺癌细胞株A549和肝癌细胞株Hep G2具有细胞毒性(IC50≤50μmol·L^(-1))。In this study,ten bioactive secondary metabolites were isolated from the endophyte Bipolaris sp.by using various chromatographic methods.All compounds were identified by extensive spectroscopic analysis,as well as their physicochemical property.The cytotoxicity of all compounds to lung cancer cell line A549 and liver cancer cell line Hep G2 was determined by MTT method.Ten compounds were identified as helminthosporol(1),9-hydroxyhelminthosporol(2),helminthosporic acid(3),helminthosporal acid(4),cochliobolin A(5),prehelminthosporol(6),fusaproliferin(7),(-)-terpestacin(8),isocochlioquinone B(9)and isocochlioquinone C(10).Compounds 4,5 and 9 were isolated from the secondary metabolites for the first time.Compounds 2,4,5 and 7-9 exhibited cytotoxicity against A549 and Hep G2,with the IC50values of less than 50μmol·L^(-1).
