摘　　要：2022年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者本·伯南克凭借着对大萧条的全面深入研究及以此为基础建立的理论体系,领导美联储成功应对了金融危机,并实行宽松的货币政策复苏经济。本文从伯南克有关大萧条的研究成果入手,系统梳理他的经济理论、政策主张、监管理念,并吸收其科学成分应用到解释中国经济问题层面上来,为监管部门进一步完善国家宏观经济治理和调控体系,尤其是中央银行的货币政策,提升监管效力和效率,筑牢防范系统性金融风险安全底线,提供参考和借鉴。With his comprehensive and in-depth study of the Great Depression and the theoretical system based on it,Ben Bernanke,winner of the 2022 Nobel Prize in Economics,led the Federal Reserve to success⁃fully cope with the financial crisis and implement loose monetary policies to recover the economy.This article starts from Bernanke’s research findings on the Great Depression,systematically reviews his economic theo⁃ries,policy proposition and regulatory concepts,and absorbs their scientific components to explain China’s economic problems,so as to provide references and lessons for the regulatory authorities to further improve the national macroeconomic governance and control system,especially the central bank’s monetary policy,en⁃hance regulatory effectiveness and efficiency,and establish a safety line to prevent systemic financial risks.
