摘 要:随着全球医学技术的不断发展,以往难以根治的部分疾病在治疗方法的研究方面取得了重大突破。中枢听觉处理障碍(central auditory processing disorder,CAPD)是难以治疗的听力疾病之一,且儿童是主要患病群体,近年来受到了越来越多学者的关注。本文主要从C A P D的听力学检测方法和治疗方案两方面进行综述,探讨现有研究中存在的不足和未来的研究方向,旨在为临床精准诊断及有效治疗提供参考依据。With the continuous development of global medical technology,major breakthroughs have been made in the research of treatment methods for some diseases that were difficult to cure in the past.Central auditory processing disorder is one of the hearing diseases,children are the main disease group,and their treatment is more difficult.This study mainly reviews the audiological detection methods and treatment options of CAPD,discusses the shortcomings in existing research and future research directions,and aims to provide a reference for accurate clinical diagnosis and effective treatment.
