摘  要:新征程中的社会体育指导员工作,要全面贯彻党的二十大精神和新修《体育法》的规定,在近30年持续发展的基础上,认真把握长期以来相关法规政策基本要求和改革发展新需要,实现高质量发展。为此,对我国社会体育指导员制度建立以来国家和部委出台的相关法规政策文件进行全面梳理,多方面归纳法规政策文件的主要内容指向,进一步结合现实剖析新修《体育法》关于社会体育指导员条款的内涵理解,并对新修《体育法》背景下社会体育指导员制度的改革发展从基本制度建设角度阐发有关思考。In the new journey of social sports instructor work,needs to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the provisions of the new revision of the Sports Law. On the basis of nearly 30 years of sustainable development,we should seriously grasp the basic requirements of relevant regulations and policies and the new needs of reform and development for a long time,to achieve high-quality development. Therefore,this study did a comprehensive review of relevant regulations and policy documents issued by the state and ministries since the social sports instructor system has been established,and summarized the main contents of laws and regulations and policy documents,and further analyzed of the connotation of the revision of the relevant articles of the Sports Law on social sports instructor combined with the reality. Finally,from the perspective of basic system construction,the study puts forward some thoughts on the reform and development of the current social sports instructor system.
