摘 要:东方自主核电汽轮机低压缸采用低压内缸横向单独落地,低压外缸与凝汽器刚性连接的结构方式,其支撑方式和结构均拥有完全自主知识产权。由于低压内缸尺寸大,重量重,结构复杂,且其设计、加工、装配在国内外均属首次。为验证低压内缸在前期有限元刚性计算过程中数据的准确性,对低压内缸的厂内装配进行了全程跟踪,并进行了数据实测。通过对低压内缸缸体底部和水平中分面变形量数据的收集和整理,对比有限元软件分析计算结果,对设计方案和过程进行了验证;同时,结合现场安装数据,对厂内总装实测数据和分析、优化结论进行了更进一步验证,提出了有限元计算修正方法。对后续各类型汽缸的有限元分析计算提供了优化方法和数据参考,为完善汽缸有限元分析提供了有力帮助。The low-pressure cylinder of dongfang independent nuclear power turbine adopts the structure of low-pressure inner cylinder horizontal and independent landing,and the low-pressure outer cylinder is rigidly-connected with the condenser.The support mode and structure of the low-pressure inner cylinder have completely independent intellectual property rights.Due to its large size,heavy weight and complex structure,the low-pressure inner cylinder is designed,processed and assembled for the first time at home and abroad.In order to verify the accuracy of the data of the low-pressure inner cylinder in the early finite element rigid calculation process,the in-factory assembly of the low-pressure inner cylinder was tracked and measured.The design scheme and process are verified by collecting and sorting out the deformation data of the bottom of the low-pressure inner cylinder and the horizontal middle plane,and comparing the calculation results with the finite element software.At the same time,combined with the field installation data of"hualong no.1",the measured data,analysis and optimization conclusion of the general assembly in the factory are further verified,and the finite element calculation correction method is proposed.The correction method and data are provided for the subsequent finite element analysis and calculation of each type of cylinder,which provides a powerful help for the improvement of finite element analysis of cylinder.
