摘 要:介绍某1000 MW汽轮发电机组在补汽阀试验过程中,轴向位移突变而导致机组跳机的事故。通过对事故经过回溯、现场检查及数据分析,发现推力轴承温度、转子轴向推力等参数与瓦块磨损现象存在明显矛盾,为故障诊断带来困难。最终通过正反推理,排除干扰因素,推断出推力轴承自身缺陷为故障的根本原因,随后在翻瓦检修过程中验证了整个故障诊断过程的正确性。文中对故障的现象梳理、数据分析及诊断推理过程值得借鉴。The accident of a 1000 MW turbo-generator unit was introduced,which caused by the sudden change in the axial displacement during the opening of the steam supplement valve.Through the accident backtracking,field inspection and data analysis,It is found that there are contradictions between bearing temperature,axial thrust and bearing shell abrasion,which makes fault diagnosis more difficult.Finally,it is determined that the thrust bearing defect is the root cause of the failure by forward and backward reasoning.Subsequently,the correctness of the entire fault diagnosis process was verified during the maintenance process.The process of sorting out fault phenomena,data analysis and diagnosis reasoning in this article is worth learning.
