摘　　要：中国已经进入中高收入国家的行列,开启了全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程。相应地,经济社会的主要矛盾、经济发展的基本问题、外部发展环境、内在发展动力、发展目标和发展任务等随之变化。诞生于西方的当代所有发展经济学理论,都是以低收入国家为研究对象,既有的大部分理论与发展战略已经不再适用于包括中国在内的中高收入国家经济实践的需要。全面建设社会主义现代化强国的伟大实践,是中国式现代化道路上“由富变强”的探索过程,蕴含着重大的理论创新。学术性地研究新的发展问题,学理性地阐释解决发展问题的中国实践智慧,并进行学科性地转化,将拓展发展经济学的边界,有助于建构中国自主的新发展经济学理论体系,揭开发展经济学新篇章,并为世界发展贡献中国智慧。China has entered the ranks of upper-middle-income countries and has started a new journey toward building a modern socialist country in all respects.Accordingly,the principal economic and social contradictions,the fundamental issues of economic development,the external development environment,the internal development dynamics,the development goals and development tasks have changed.All contemporary theories of development economics,born in the West,mainly focus on low-income countries,and most of the established theories and development strategies are no longer applicable to the needs of economic practices in China and other upper-middle-income countries.The great practices of building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,is an exploring process from growing prosperous to becoming strong through a Chinese path to modernization,containing significant theoretical innovations.The academic study of new development issues,the academic interpretation of Chinese practical wisdom in solving development issues,and constructing a new Chinese autonomous development economics theoretical system through disciplinary transformation,can expand the theoretical boundaries of development economics,unveil a new chapter in development economics,and contribute Chinese wisdom to world development.
