摘　　要：目的 分析2011—2020年北京市丰台区病毒性肝炎的流行病学特征,为病毒性肝炎防控策略提供参考依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对2011—2020年北京市丰台区报告的病毒性肝炎病例资料进行统计分析。结果 2011—2020年北京市丰台区共报告病毒性肝炎病例4 634例,年平均发病率为20.97/10万,不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=235.93,P<0.05),总体呈下降趋势。总体发病情况无明显的季节分布特点,发病年龄集中在20~<60岁,男性高于女性,以家务及待业(30.75%)、离退人员(24.82%)人群为主。结论 2011—2020年北京市丰台区病毒性肝炎疫情平稳下降,但仍面临严峻挑战。建议加强免疫接种、落实母婴阻断、规范疾病诊疗、加强健康宣教,进一步降低病毒性肝炎发病率。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2011 to2020,provide a reference for the prevention and control strategy of viral hepatitis. Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of viral hepatitis in Fengtai District from 2011 to 2020. Results A total of 4 634 cases of viral hepatitis were reported in Fengtai District from 2011 to 2020,with an average annual incidence rate of 20.97/100 000. There was statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of different years (χ2=235.93,P<0.05),showing a declining trend. There was no obvious seasonal characteristics,and the cases were mainly concentrated in the 20-<60 years old. The ratio in male was higher than female. Most of cases were housekeeping or unemployed(30.75%) and retirees(24.82%). Conclusion The epidemic of viral hepatitis in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2011-2020 declines steadily,but it is facing serious challenges. It is suggested to strengthen immunization,implement mother-to-child blocking,standardize disease diagnosis and treatment,strengthen health education,and further reduce the incidence of viral hepatitis.
