摘 要:作为积极心理学的核心内容,品格优势受到越来越多的关注。近年来被广泛运用于学生群体,通过对其开展优势评估、运用及干预以提升其认知、情绪和学业表现,其效果已得到有效验证。有关品格优势评估工具的研究集中于量表的研发、文化调适和不同群体的推广应用。我国学者对于品格优势的研究起步较晚,已开展了品格优势评估工具的理论和实证研究。我们通过对国内外相关研究文献的回顾分析,从特点、适用性和运用现状3个方面对国内外品格优势评估工具的研究进展进行综述,旨在为改善大学生心理健康水平,进一步为品格优势评估研究以及临床选择合适的评估工具提供参考和借鉴。As the core content of positive psychology,character strengths have received more and more attention. In recent years,character strengths have been widely used to improve students’ cognition,emotion and academic performance through the assessment,application and intervention of personal strengths and its effect has been effectively verified. The research on the assessment tool of character strengths focuses on the development of scales,popularization and cultural adjustment in different group. Chinese researcher started late in the research of character strengths,and have carried out theoretical and empirical research of assessment tool of character strengths. Through the review and analysis of relevant research literature at home and abroad,we summarize the character strengths evaluation tools at home and abroad from three aspects :characteristics,applicability and application status,in order to improve the mental health level of college students and provide reference for research on assessment of character strengths and choosing assessment tools in clinic.
