摘  要:本文介绍了某公司富氧侧吹炉-贫化炉协同处理铅铜混合物料的工艺流程及主要技术经济指标,分析了该工艺的特点优势。实践表明,相比改造前的反射炉加鼓风炉工艺,该工艺床能率综合提升,可连续下料,铅铜分离效果好、回收率高,炉渣指标良好,能耗低,生产效率高,环保效果好,运行稳定,前景广阔,为铅铜物料的处理提供了一种新的技术方式。This paper introduced the process flow and the main techno-economic indicators of the production practice of Pb-Cu mixed materials treatment by oxygen enriched side blowing furnace-dilution furnace coprocessing of a company, and analyzed the characteristics and advantages of the process. The practice shows that compared with the process before modification, reverberatory furnace + blast furnace, this process has the advantages of comprehensive improvement of the processing capacity of unit furnace hearth, continuous feeding, good Pb-Cu separation effect, high Pb-Cu recovery, good slag indicators, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, good environmental protection effect, stable operation and broad prospect, which provides a new technical process for the treatment of Pb-Cu materials.
