中药贴敷改善下颌颌骨囊肿摘除术患者术后症状的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药贴敷对改善下颌颌骨囊肿摘除术患者术后局部肿胀、疼痛及张口受限的效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月收治于江西中医药大学附属医院的94例行下颌颌骨囊肿摘除术的患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各47例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以局部中药贴敷,均连续干预3 d。比较两组患者干预前后的术区肿胀、疼痛、张口受限程度以及并发症发生情况和住院时间。结果干预前,两组患者术区肿胀、疼痛及张口受限程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组术区肿胀、疼痛及张口受限程度均轻于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(4.26%vs 17.02%),住院时间短于对照组[(5.12±1.03)d vs(7.12±1.43)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷有助于减轻下颌颌骨囊肿摘除术患者的术区肿胀、疼痛及张口受限,有利于降低术后并发症发生率,对促进患者术后康复有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of TCM application on improving local swelling,pain and restricted mouth opening in patients undergoing mandibular cyst enucleation.Methods A total of 94patients who had undergone mandibular cyst enucleation in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of TCM from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups(n=47)according to a random number table.The patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing for three consecutive days,while those in the observation group received local TCM application on this basis for three consecutive days.The degree of swelling,pain and restricted mouth opening in the surgical area,the incidence of complications and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the degree of swelling,pain and restricted mouth opening between the two groups(P>0.05),but after the intervention,the degree of swelling,pain and restricted mouth opening in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.26%vs 17.02%),and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was also shorter than that in the control group[(5.12±1.03)d vs(7.12±1.43)d],with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM application is helpful to relieve swelling,pain and restricted mouth opening and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,thereby accelerating the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
