摘  要:残膜回收机是目前残膜污染治理应用最广泛、最实用的回收方式,脱膜作业是回收过程中的重要环节,目前脱膜作业存在脱膜率低下、可靠性低等缺点。设计4MKJ-2000残膜回收打捆与秸秆粉碎联合作业机,采用弹齿式拾膜机构和固定刮板式脱膜机构,以机具运动速度、弹齿长度、脱膜板与弹齿接触角为试验因素,脱膜率为响应值,进行三因素三水平正交试验,并利用Design-expert软件对其结构组成进行参数优化,来验证机具作业的可靠性。结果显示,优化参数为运动速度7.8km·h^(-1)、弹齿长度160.6mm、脱膜板与弹齿接触角α48.3°、脱膜率90.13%。田间试验平均脱膜率88.76%,与预期值相差1.5%,误差较小,满足作业要求,研究结果可为弹齿式残膜回收机脱膜装置最佳工作状态提供参考。Residual film recycling machine is currently the most widely used and most practical recycling method for residual film pollution control.The stripping operation is an important link in the recycling process.At present,the stripping operation has shortcomings such as low stripping rate and low reliability;The 4MKJ-2000 residual film recovery baling and straw crushing combined operation machine is designed.It adopts a spring-tooth-type film pick-up mechanism and a fixed scraper-type film release mechanism.The contact angle between the plate and the spring tooth is the test factor,and the release rate is the response value.Three-factor and three-level orthogonal tests are carried out,and the design-expert software is used to optimize the parameters of its structural composition;The optimized parameter is the motion speed of 7.8 km·h-1,the length of the spring tooth is 160.6mm,the contact angle between the release plate and the spring tooth is 48.3°,and the release rate is 90.13%.The field test results show that the average stripping rate in the experimental area is 88.76%,which is 1.5%different from the expected value;The error is small and meets the operation requirements.The research results can be the best working state of the stripping device of the elastic tooth residual film recovery machine.
