摘  要:针对农机油箱油位实时检测难度大的问题,设计由监测终端、传输网络和远程监管系统3部分组成的农机燃油远程监管系统。燃油监管系统以ARM单片机为主控制器,经超声波油位测量传感器读取燃油箱油位数据,通过三维重构技术建模燃油箱体积与油位的关系方程,获得燃油消耗量;并经由4G通信模块将农机定位、燃油量等数据传输到远程监管中心。远程监管中心负责接收、存储、查询、统计、分析农机燃油消耗数据,实现对农机加油时间、加油地点、加油量、剩余油量和异常油耗行为的远程监控。测试表明,燃油监管系统能实现对农机燃油量的有效监测,系统工作稳定、可靠。In view of the difficulty of real-time detection of fuel level in agricultural machinery,a remote supervision system of agricultural machinery fuel consisting of three parts:monitoring terminal,transmission network and remote supervision system is designed.The fuel supervision system uses ARM microcontroller as the main controller,reads fuel level data of fuel tank through ultrasonic fuel level measurement sensor,models the relationship equation between fuel tank volume and fuel level through 3D reconstruction technology,and obtains fuel consumption;and transmits data such as positioning of farm machinery and fuel volume to remote supervision center through 4G communication module.The remote supervision center is responsible for receiving,storing,querying,counting and analyzing fuel consumption data of farm machinery,and realizing remote monitoring of refueling time,refueling location,refueling volume,remaining fuel volume and abnormal fuel consumption behavior of farm machinery.The test shows that the fuel supervision system can realize effective monitoring of the fuel quantity of farm machinery,and the system works stably and reliably.
