卵巢癌患者希望水平与癌症复发恐惧的关系及灵性健康的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢癌患者希望水平与癌症复发恐惧之间的关系及灵性健康的中介作用。方法 采用恐惧疾病进方展简化量表(FOP-Q-SF)、中文版慢性病治疗功能评估-灵性量表(FACIT-SP-12)、Herth希望量表(HHI)对166例卵巢癌患者进行问卷调查。结果 卵巢癌患者癌症复发恐惧、灵性健康、希望水平得分分别为38.13±6.20分、29.46±5.61分、29.23±5.86分;相关性分析显示,希望水平、灵性健康与癌症复发恐惧呈负相关(r=-0.328、-0.641;均P<0.01);希望水平与灵性健康呈正相关(r=0.227, P<0.01);灵性健康在卵巢癌患者希望水平和癌症复发恐惧中起部分中介作用,中介作用占总效应的41.50%。结论 希望水平不仅可以直接作用于癌症复发恐惧,还可以通过灵性健康的中介作用间接作用于癌症复发恐惧。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of hope and the fear of cancer recurrence and the mediating ef fect of spiritual health. Methods 166 ovarian cancer patients were surveyed by using the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FOP-Q-SF), the Chinese Version Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual Well-Being(FACIT-SP-12) and Herth Hope Index(HHI) scale. Results The scores of cancer recurrence fear, spiritual health and hope level were 38.13 ± 6.20 points, 29.46 ± 5.61 points and 29.23 ± 5.86 points, respectively;Correlation analysis showed that hope level and spiritual health were negatively associated with cancer recurrence fear(r=-0.328,-0.641;both P <0.01);hope level was positively correlated with spiritual health(r=0.227, P <0.01);spiritual health played a partial mediating role in hope level and fear of cancer recurrence, and the mediating ef fect accounted for 41.50% of the total ef fect.Conclusion Hope level could not only directly on cancer recurrence fear but also indirectly on cancer recurrence fear through the mediating ef fect of spiritual health.
