尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素

摘　　要：目的 探讨尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素并讨论护理干预对策。方法 选择2019年3月—2022年2月收治的100例尿道下裂术患儿父母作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、感知脆弱程度量表、亲职压力简表、焦虑自评量表等量表进行评价;采用单因素分析、多元线性回归分析筛选尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素。结果 结果显示,尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱评分为20.85±4.27分;单因素分析显示,尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱的相关因素有年龄、术后并发症、术后日哭闹频次、与患儿关系、文化水平、家庭人均月收入、亲职压力、焦虑水平、社会支持(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素有术后并发症≥2种、术后日哭闹频次≥3次、高中以下文化水平、亲职压力中高水平、焦虑情绪、社会支持低水平(P<0.05)。结论 部分尿道下裂术患儿父母感知脆弱水平偏高,术后并发症、术后日哭闹频次、文化水平、亲职压力、焦虑情绪、社会支持水平是其影响因素,临床应加强教育引导,强化其健康认知,并及时实施心理疏导。Objective To explore the influencing factors of parents’ perceived vulnerability of children with hypospadias and discuss the nursing intervention countermeasures. Methods 100 hypospadias children’s parents admitted from March 2019 to February 2022 were set as research objects, by using general data questionnaire,perceived vulnerability scale, parental stress scale and anxiety self-rating scale to evaluate, and the infl uencing factors of parents were selected by univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results The result showed that, the parental perceived frailty score of children with hypospadias was 20.85±4.27 points;Univariate analysis showed that, the factors associated with the perceived vulnerability of parents of children with hypospadias were age, postoperative complications, daily frequency of crying, relationship with the child,educational level, per capita monthly family income, parental pressure, anxiety level, and social support(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that, the influencing factors of the parents of children were two postoperative complications, daily crying frequency 3 times after surgery, under high school education, high level of parental pressure, anxiety, and low level of social support(P<0.05). Conclusion The parents of children with hypospadias had a high level of vulnerability, postoperative complications, postoperative daily crying frequency, cultural level, parental pressure, anxiety, social support level were the influencing factors, clinical should strengthen education and guidance, strengthen their health cognition, and timely implement psychological counseling.
