摘 要:原型观测的温度场分离出自然非均匀背景场一直是温排水影响后评价的重点和难点。本文采用多重嵌套网格技术,建立了水文和气象场耦合作用下的热输运数学模型,实现了海域水温动态演变过程的跨尺度模拟;结合潮汐、潮流、海面遥感温度场观测数据,提出了非均匀海域背景场条件下电厂温排水影响范围的计算方法,并应用于某滨海电厂的温排水影响后评估。研究结果表明:本模拟评价方法较好反映了复杂海洋与气象动力双重驱动下海域背景温度分布特征(高温团)与温排水的输移扩散过程;案例厂址海域背景温度场的时空变异与温排水1℃温升影响相当,1℃温升影响评价需充分考虑非均匀背景温度的影响。本文提出的模拟与评价方法可为复杂环境条件下火核电厂温排水的生态环境影响评价提供支撑。Separation of the natural inhomogeneous background from the observed temperature field is crucial in the post evaluation of thermal discharge impact.In this paper,a heat transport model,based on the multiple nested grid technology,is constructed to simulate the seawater temperature variation in cross scales under the combined action of the hydrologic and atmospheric factors.Combined with the tide,current,and remote sea surface temperature data,a method is proposed to extract the thermal discharge impact from the inhomogeneous background and applied to the post evaluation of thermal impact of a coastal nuclear power plant.The proposed model and evaluation method show good performance in describing the characteristics of the thermal plume and the natural background high-temperature mass driven by the complex marine and meteorological dynamics.The near shore background temperature shows a similar temporal and spatial variation range with the 1℃temperature rising area caused by the thermal discharge.The inhomogeneity of the background should be fully considered in the assessments of the thermal discharge in the 1℃rising scale.The proposed simulation and evaluation method can support eco-environmental impact assessments of thermal discharge from thermal power plants under complex environmental conditions.
