摘  要:现阶段我国仍处于人、车混合的交通状况,车辆碰撞行人的事故频频发生。在车辆碰撞行人的事故中,行人较为弱势,加之现阶段车辆缺少对行人的保护措施,行人伤亡严重。在机动车碰撞行人的事故中,行人头部受重伤是造成行人死亡的主要因素。在我国,每年因交通事故死亡的人数大约在10万人左右,行人、自行车骑行者、摩托车骑手的死亡人数在60%左右。在机动车碰撞到自行车及摩托车驾驶者后,驾驶者由于坐在二轮车上,整体躯干高度增高,头部会大概率碰撞到机动车的风窗玻璃。本文基于行人保护头型冲击风窗玻璃的结果,风窗玻璃的破碎形式以及风窗玻璃的制造工艺对行人头型的伤害,将理论与测试数据相结合,找出影响风窗玻璃对行人头部伤害大小的关键因素。At this stage, China is still in the mixed traffic situation of people and vehicles, and the accidents of vehicles colliding with pedestrians occur frequently. In the accident of vehicles colliding with pedestrians, pedestrians are in a relatively vulnerable group. In addition,at this stage, vehicles lack protective measures for pedestrians, resulting in serious pedestrian casualties. In the accidents of motor vehicles colliding with pedestrians, serious head injury is the main factor causing pedestrian death. In China, about 100 000 people die in traffic accidents every year, and about 60% of pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists die. After the motor vehicle collides with the driver of bicycle and motorcycle, the driver’s head will probably collide with the sealing glass of the motor vehicle due to the increase of the overall trunk height due to sitting on the two wheeled vehicle. Based on the results of pedestrian protection head impact sealing glass, the broken form of sealing glass and the damage to pedestrian head caused by the manufacturing process of sealing glass, this paper combines the theory with the test data to find out the key factors affecting the damage of sealing glass to pedestrian head.
