摘　　要：做好高校教师党支部书记的“双带头人”选拔以及“党支部书记工作”建设能真正落实高校立德树人的教育目标,保障高校教育机制改革的顺利进行。但受到多种因素的影响,高校教师党支部书记在选拔和工作的过程中还存在一系列问题,没有发挥高校教师党支部书记的积极作用。高校应完善教师党支部书记的选拔、培训、考核机制,并通过完善组织架构设置、创新工作模式完善高校教师党支部书记工作,以提升高校教师党支部书记的选拔水平以及工作水平。To do a good job in the selection of "double leaders" and the construction of "party branch secretary work" for college teachers can truly implement the educational goal of establishing morality and cultivating people, and ensure the smooth progress of the reform of college education mechanism. However, affected by various factors, there are still a series of problems in the process of selection and work of the party branch secretary of college teachers, and the positive role of the party branch secretary of college teachers has not been played. Colleges and universities should improve the selection, training and assessment mechanism of teachers’ party branch secretaries, and improve the work of college teachers’ party branch secretaries by improving the organizational structure and innovating the work mode, so as to improve the selection level and work level of college teachers’ party branch secretaries.
