摘　　要：波纹板在受到较大载荷时,需要考虑几何非线性和塑性变形.针对仅含主波纹的、含主次波纹的波纹板结构以及由其组成的波纹板对,研究其在载荷作用下的弹塑性位移、应力分布特征,分析几何非线性对波纹板及接触板对力学行为的影响.考察不同波纹板对的承载能力以及在刚性平板下的挤压行为.结果表明,对于不同波高的波纹板结构,几何非线性对其变形的影响规律不同;对于同时含主次波纹结构的单片,尽管承载能力不具有优势,但用于相互垂直的板对结构时,其承载能力高于仅含主波纹的板对.When corrugated plates are subjected to large loads, the geometrical nonlinearity and plastic deformation should be considered. The distribution characteristics of displacements and stresses of the heat exchange plates with only primary corrugations, the plate with the primary and the secondary corrugations and the plate pair structures were investigated respectively with consideration of the geometrical nonlinearity and plastic deformation. The influence of the geometrical nonlinearity on the mechanical behaviors of the corrugated plates and plate couples were studied. The bearing capacity of different corrugated plate pairs and the extrusion behavior of corrugated plate pairs under a rigid plate were also investigated. The results showed that for corrugated plate structures with different wave heights, the influence of geometric nonlinearity on the deformation was different. For the single sheet with both a primary and secondary ripple structure, the bearing capacity was not superior. But the bearing capacity of the pair was higher than that of the pair with a main ripple when it was used in the structure of the pair perpendicular to each other.
