摘　　要：抗血栓药物治疗在妇产科及生殖领域日益受到重视,尤其在复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)合并血栓前状态(prethrombotic state,PTS)的治疗中应用越来越广泛。但如何选择和使用抗血栓药物尚无规范和标准。为此,我们组织国内多位相关领域专家结合国内外最新研究证据和进展,共同讨论制定本共识。本共识旨在进一步规范RSA患者抗血栓药物使用,为临床医师在临床实践中做出合理判断提供决策依据。Antithrombotic drugs have received increasing attention in the field of obstetrics,gynecology and reproductive medicine,particularly in the management of patients presented with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)with a prethrombotic state(PTS).So far,there remains no consensus on the use of the antithrombotic drug.To standardize the use of antithrombotic drugs for patients with RSA,we organized several discussions among a dozen of domestic experts in the related fields to formulate this consensus.We aim to further standardize the use of antithrombotic drugs for RSA patients.This consensus will provide evidence for physicians to make clinical decisions during the management of RSA.
