摘 要:多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是常见的生殖内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病。有研究显示PCOS患者常伴线粒体功能障碍。线粒体功能异常时氧化应激水平升高,引发或加重高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗以及肥胖,干扰卵泡发育,进而影响PCOS女性的月经和生殖功能。线粒体功能是近年来关注的热点,本文就线粒体功能障碍在PCOS发生发展中潜在机制的研究进展进行总结。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common reproductive endocrine and metabolic disorder.Studies have found that patients with PCOS are often accompanied by mitochondrial dysfunction.When the mitochondrial function is abnormal,the level of oxidative stress increases,which can cause or aggravate hyperandrogenemia,insulin resistance and obesity,interfere with follicular development,and then affect the menstrual and reproductive functions of women with PCOS.Mitochondrial function has been a hot topic in recent years.This article summarizes the research progress of the potential mechanism of mitochondrial dysfunction in the occurrence and development of PCOS.
