摘　　要：当今中医药学迎来了文明互鉴的新时期。提出中医药学基础理论以国学为指导,蕴含着全面深刻的“儒、释、道”一源三流的国学内涵;中医学以原创的象思维为主体,观象议病辨证,形成了多元化、多维度、多模式的复杂象思维信息系统以传承、发展、创新中医理论;先秦与宋明时期的百家争鸣对于中医学学术范式的建立与发展以及医学流派的创立与丰富具有重要影响;“读经典,做临床”要重视经验积累重建;发遑古义,创立新说,应是高层次经验重建的重要成果;从“中西汇通”到“中西医并重”的百年艰难历程迎来中医药事业发展的春天。中医学应秉持国学深邃哲理,开放包容古今中外、东学西学的科技文明成就,丰富内涵,更新外延,传承守正,我主人随,以推动中医药事业的蓬勃发展。Currently,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has usherd in a new era of mutual learning of civilizations.The basic theory of TCM is guided by the Sinology and contains a comprehensive and profound connotation of “Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism”.It takes the original image thinking as the main body,and observes the image to discuss the disease and syndrome,thereby forming a diversified,multi-dimensional and multi-mode complex image thinking information system,which can be used to inherit,develop and innovate the theory of TCM.The contention of a hundred schools of thought during the pre-Qin,Song and Ming dynasties has an important impact on the establishment and development of the academic paradigm of TCM as well as the creation and enrichment of medical schools.For “reading classics and taking clinical practice”,it is important to put focus on the accumulation and reconstruction of experience.Giving full play to the original meaning while creating a new theory should be an important achievement of the reconstruction of high-level experience.From “the convergence of traditional Chinese and western medicine” to “attaching equal importance to traditional Chinese and western medicine”,it heralds the spring of the development of TCM after hundreds years of hard work.TCM scholars and practitioners should uphold the profound philosophy of Sinology,be inclusive of the scientific and technological achievements from the ancient and modern,the East and West,enrich the connotation and renew the extension,carry on the essence of TCM while pursuing innovations,and insist on ourself and absorb the strengths of others,so as to promote the development of TCM.
