摘　　要：我国民族高等院校以培养高层次少数民族人才,促进少数民族地区社会经济发展为目标,并已发展成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。在国家大力推进新时期教育对外开放和共建“一带一路”教育行动的背景下,民族高等院校如何在教育国际化的趋势下,结合学校的地缘优势和学科特色,主动融入新时代国家和区域发展战略,以多种形式积极开展跨境教育合作,发挥其特殊的价值与功能,已成为民族高等院校不断提升办学水平的关键所在。In the context of China’s efforts to promote the opening up of education in the new era and the joint construction of the “Belt and Road Initiative” educational action, it’s important for ethnic colleges and universities integrate into the national and regional development strategies and carry out cross-border education cooperation in various forms, and play their special values and functions under the trend of education internationalization in combination with their geographical advantages and disciplinary characteristics. It has become the key and important carrier for ethnic colleges and universities to continuously improve the level of running schools.
