摘　　要：近年来,化疗在肿瘤治疗领域不断取得新进展,但与肿瘤相关的死亡人数并未明显减少。其中,耐多药和副作用是治疗失败的主要原因。因此,开发新型抗肿瘤药物迫在眉睫。天然产物因具有良好的抗肿瘤活性而引起了人们极大的兴趣。值得一提的是,天然甾体皂苷对药敏和耐多药肿瘤具有良好的体内外活性,是抗肿瘤新药的重要来源。本文综述了具有体内抗肿瘤活性的天然甾体皂苷的最新研究进展,为今后进一步开发活性更高的候选物提供参考。In recent years, chemotherapy has made great progress in the treatment of cancer, but cancer-related deaths did not apparently decrease which is mainly attributed to the emergence of multidrug resistance and side effects. Thus, it is imperative to develop novel anticancer agents. Natural products gained a tremendous interest due to their promising anticancer potency. In particular, nature-derived steroidal saponins possessed promising in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity against various drug-sensitive and multidrug-resistant cancers and have constituted an important source of anticancer candidates. This review article described the recent progress in nature-derived steroidal saponins with potential in vivo efficacy to facilitate further rational design.
