森林经营方案的编制实践探讨——以江苏常熟虞山林场为例

摘　　要：根据林场森林资源现状及主要存在问题,结合国有林场改革后的职能定位与要求,明确了林场下一个经营期(2021-2030)的森林经营方针和经营目标,划分了生态保护、森林休闲游憩、林业产业经营和产业发展服务4个森林功能区,以及严格保育、重点保护、保护经营和集约经营4种相应的经营类型,提出了实施低效林改造、森林抚育、封山育林、采伐更新、非木质资源经营等森林经营措施。方案实施后将使林场的森林树种及林分结构进一步优化,森林质量显著提高,森林可持续经营能力不断增强。According to the forest resources status and the main problems of forest farms, in combination with the functional orientation and requirements after the reform of the state-owned forest farms, in this paper we clarify the forest management policy and management objectives for the next management period(2021-2030) of the forest farms, divide four forest functional areas of ecological protection, forest recreation and leisure, forestry industry management and industrial development services, and four corresponding management types of strict conservation, key protection, protection management and intensive management, and propose the implementation of forest management measures such as low-efficiency forest renovation, forest nurturing, forest closure, harvesting and renewal, and non-wood resources management. The implementation of the program will further optimize the forest species and stand structure, significantly improve forest quality, and enhance sustainable forest management capacity.
