摘  要:采用间苯二甲胺固化溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO_(2)杂化环氧树脂,首先借助IR分析对SiO_(2)溶胶和SiO_(2)杂化环氧树脂结构进行了表征,借助DSC对杂化树脂的固化反应参数、固化度和Tg进行了表征,借助IR对SiO_(2)杂化环氧树脂固化物结构进行了表征。借助TG对杂化树脂的高温热稳定性进行了分析。并测试了杂化树脂的剪切强度。结果表明,与环氧树脂比较,1%SiO_(2)杂化环氧树脂的室温、80℃和120℃剪切强度分别提高了21%、20%和39%,玻璃化温度提高了5℃,失重5%时的温度提高了5℃,400℃失重率减少了5%。第一次急剧失重温度提高了2℃,第二次急剧失重温度提高了17℃。The m-phenyldimethylamine cured SiO_(2)hybrid epoxy resin is prepared by sol-gel method. Firstly, the structure of SiO_(2)sol and SiO_(2)hybrid epoxy resin are characterized by IR. The curing reaction parameters, curing degree and Tg of hybrid resin are characterized by DSC. The struc-ture of SiO_(2)hybrid epoxy resin is characterized by IR. The thermal stability of hybrid resin at high temperature is analyzed by TG. The shear strength of the hybrid resin is tested. The results show that compared with that of epoxy resin, the shear strength of SiO_(2)hybrid epoxy resin at room temperature, 80℃ and 120℃ increases by 21%, 20% and 39% respectively, the glass transition temperature increases by 5 ℃, the temperature at 5% weight loss increases by 5℃, the weight loss rate at 400℃ decreases by 5%, the temperature at first rapid weight loss increases by 2℃, and the temperature at second rapid weight loss increases by 17℃.
