摘 要:以苯酚和对苯二甲基二甲醚为原料,以四氯化锡为催化剂合成了新酚树脂。通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对新酚树脂的合成条件进行了探究。同时考察了新酚树脂相对分子质量对其耐热性和剪切强度的影响。结果表明,当反应时间为5h、反应温度为140℃、催化剂用量为0.2mmol/mol以及酚醚投料比为1.5∶1时,树脂的综合性能较好,其5%和10%质量失重温度分别为366℃和467℃,同时具有较好的粘接性能。The xylok is synthesized with phenol and 1,4-bis(methoxymethyl) benzene as raw materials and stannic chloride as catalyst. The struc-ture of the xylok resin is characterized by FT-IR, and its synthetic conditions are explored. The influence of molecular weight on heat resistance and shear strength is also investigated. The results show that the resin has better properties when the reaction time is 5h, reaction temperature is 140 ℃,catalyst dosage is 0.2 mmol/mol, and molar ratio of phenol to 1,4-bis(methoxymethyl) benzene is 1.5:1. Its 5% and 10% weight loss temperature is366℃ and 467℃, respectively. And it has a good adhesion properties.
