摘 要:据富勒烯的自润滑性能、酰胺类脂类抗磨抗氧剂的抗压抗磨性能、噻二唑衍生物的抗氧化、抗磨抗腐蚀性能复合出一种抗磨剂。通过四球摩擦磨损试验确定三元复合的最佳配比。通过直读铁谱、元素光谱分析磨损水平,通过台架试验探究复合抗磨剂对发动机油耗的影响。结果表明富勒烯、酰胺类脂类抗磨抗氧剂、噻二唑衍生物质量分数分别为0.035%,2.0%和0.05%时抗磨效果最佳。使用三元复合抗磨剂后发动机油节油率可达2.15%。According to the self-lubricating properties of fullerenes, the anti-compression and anti-wear properties of amide lipid anti-wear an-tioxidants, and the anti-oxidation, anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties of thiadiazole derivatives, an anti-wear agent is compounded. The optimum ratio of ternary compound is determined by the four-ball friction and wear test. The wear level is analyzed by direct reading ferrography and elemental spectroscopy, and the effect of composite anti-wear agent on the engine fuel consumption is explored through bench tests. The results show that when the mass fraction of fullerene, amide lipid anti-wear antioxidant and thiadiazole derivative is 0.035%, 2.0% and 0.05% respectively, the anti-wear ef-fect is the best. The fuel saving rate of engine oil can reach 2.15% after using the ternary composite anti-wear agent.
