摘  要:优选α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,以纳米碳酸钙为补强填料,加入一定量的交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂,制得一款综合性能优异、贮存性能稳定的脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶。试验从交联剂用量、羟基清除剂以及钛酸酯催化剂种类和用量3个影响因素入手,对单组分脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶力学性能、贮存性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,交联剂的加入增大了硅橡胶的交联密度、清除了原料体系中的水分;选择各类钛酸酯催化剂配合使用,降低其反应活性,提升胶液贮存稳定性,配合1份的复配羟基清除剂,制得脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶,表干时间为12min、拉伸强度为2.30MPa、断裂伸长率418%,经过老化后(80℃/7d)硬度以及粘接性能保持率达80%以上。The α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane is used as the base glue, the nano-calcium carbonate is used as the reinforcing filler, and with adding a certain amount of cross-linking agent, coupling agent and catalyst, an dealcoholized RTV silicone rubber with excellent comprehensive performances and storage stability is prepared. The influences of three influencing factors, such as the dosage of crosslinking agent, hydroxyl scav-enger, and the type and dosage of titanate catalyst, on the mechanical properties and storage properties of one-component dealcoholized RTV silicone rubber are discussed. The results show that the addition of the crosslinking agent increases the crosslinking density of the silicone rubber and removes the moisture in the raw material system;various titanate catalysts are selected to be used together to reduce their reactivity and improve the storage stability of the glue solution;with 1phr compound hydroxyl scavenger, the dealcoholized room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is prepared with a surface drying time of 12min, a tensile strength of 2.30MPa, and an elongation at break of 418%. After aging(80 ℃/7d), the retention rate of hardness and adhesion properties is more than 80%.
