摘 要:针对传统滑溜水压裂液存在稳定性差、黏度低和渗吸采收率低的问题,提出用纳米材料对滑溜水压裂液进行改性,并对复合滑溜水压裂液配方进行优化,得到性能较优的滑溜水压裂液。结果表明:添加体积浓度为0.05%,耐盐、耐温和稳定性较好的SC101(纳米二氧化硅);选择JHFR-2D系列为减阻剂,体积浓度为0.1%的MES为助排剂;体积浓度为1%的KCl为防膨剂。在此条件下制备的滑溜水压裂液结构稳定,黏度较大,具备较低摩阻和较高的渗吸排油能力,表现出较好的工作性能。In order to solve the problems of poor stability, low viscosity and low imbibition recovery factor of traditional slick water fracturing flu-id, it is proposed to modify the slick water fracturing fluid with nanomaterials and optimize the formula of nano composite slick water fracturing fluid to obtain a kind of slick water fracturing fluid with better performances. The results show that when the SC101(nano silica) with a volume concentra-tion of 0.05% and good salt resistance, temperature resistance and stability is added, the JHFR-2D series is selected as drag reducer and the MES with a volume concentration of 0.1% is selected as cleanup additive, the KCl with a volume concentration of 1% is used as the anti swelling agent,the prepared slick water fracturing fluid has a stable structure, a high viscosity, a low friction and a high oil imbibition and draining capacity, and it shows a good working performance.
