摘 要:在过去的20年里,有机光电功能材料一直是材料学领域的研究热点,咔唑及其衍生物就是其中一类重要的有机光电功能材料。含有咔唑骨架的化合物具有共轭体系大,电子转移能力强,热稳定性高,空穴传输效率高等优点,这些特性使其在信息记录与显示、能量转换与储存和功能高分子等领域具有较强的应用潜力。简述了以咔唑骨架为基础的化合物在发光二极管、光折变材料、非线性材料、太阳能电池、场效应材料和高分子复合纳米材料等领域的研究进展,指出了目前咔唑类化合物的光电材料所面临的困难以及未来的发展方向与应用前景。In the past two decades, organic optoelectronic functional materials have been a hot research topic in the field of materials science,carbazole and its derivatives are the important organic optoelectronic functional materials. The compounds containing carbazole framework have the advantages of large conjugated system, strong electron transfer capacity, high thermal stability and high hole transfer efficiency, which make them have great application potential in information recording and display, energy conversion and storage, functional polymers and other fields. Recent progress in compounds based on carbazole skeleton in the fields of light-emitting diodes, photovoltaic materials, nonlinear materials, solar cells, field-effect materials and polymer composite nanomaterials is briefly described. Also, the existing critical problems, future development direction and application prospects of carbazole-based compounds are pointed out.
